For each course, we have a pre-prepared course material, which you are asked to review in advance and consult in preparation for teaching. All the instructions and student materials are included.

The usual age range of our students: juniors (8-12) and teens (13-18)

Your teaching will include:

• Classroom presentation
• Instructor guided exercises
• Individual exercises and projects
• 1:1 support when coding and de-bugging
• Question -time
• Run Kahoot quizzes

Please note that we will ensure our events do not clash with students exam periods:
EPFL: January to early February & mid-June to early July
ETHZ: Mid-December to mid-January & early/mid- to end August

TechSpark Academy has a student-centric teaching style. We run classes in small groups of 4-5 students on average. Our approach is based on combining introductory concepts and theory with plenty of hands-on learning opportunities. We are interested in instructors who genuinely enjoy teaching and have a natural talent for explaining complex topics easily.
