She has worked at the University Hospital in Kiel, in a teen transition home and has both taught and held leadership positions in public and private schools in Switzerland. Allison volunteered as a board member at the International School of Amsterdam and in an orphanage in Mexico. She is the owner and president of EDIT change management.
